Dr. Yvonne Ayerki Lamptey BSc, MPhil, PhD, CIHRM

Dr. Yvonne Ayerki Lamptey is the Director, Human Resource and Organisational Development and a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the University of Ghana, University of Ghana Business School and a Senior Consultant at the Corporate Support Group. She holds a PhD from Swansea University in the UK. Yvonne possesses years of industry experience in supporting organisations with human resource management issues.

Yvonne has consulted and trained people in both the private and public sector in the strategy of human resource management, employment relations and in behaviour management in organisations among others. She has supported the International Finance Corporation (IFC), Ghana Oil and Gas for Inclusive Growth (GOGIG), Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, Church of Pentecost, Gracefield Ventures, Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT), Challenging Heights, Ghana Shippers Authority, Black Star Group, Ghana Reinsurance PLC among others.

Yvonne has developed human resource management systems and employee conditions of service for both private and international organisations. Yvonne is a member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners of Ghana and was an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).
