Hilda Mensah is an experienced Child Protection Specialist and legal professional with extensive expertise in child justice, birth registration, and protection systems. Her work focuses on strengthening access to justice for children, promoting child-friendly systems, and addressing gender-based violence and online child protection. She has demonstrated strong capacity in programme development, policy reform, and stakeholder engagement, working closely with government institutions, civil society organizations, and international partners. Her professional approach emphasizes results-based management, evidence generation, and the design of systems that improve outcomes for vulnerable populations, particularly women and children in contact with the law.

She has led and supported major national initiatives, including the development of child protection policies, legislative frameworks, and standard operating procedures for justice and law enforcement institutions.
