Pouya Dadpouri is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience in project management, demand planning, logistics, and customer account management within the pharmaceutical industry. In his current role as Senior Customer Account Manager at Novartis in Ljubljana, Slovenia, Pouya is responsible for overseeing key customer relationships, ensuring operational excellence in supply chain delivery, and maintaining high service levels. He works closely with cross-functional teams to align supply and demand, resolve operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. He also contributed to pharmaceutical project management and electronic data interchange (EDI) implementations, strengthening the efficiency and responsiveness of the supply chain.

Pouya’s academic foundation includes a Master of Science in Production Engineering and Project Management from Jönköping University, a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Guilan University, and an executive course in Corporate Finance and Management from INSEAD.
